Most likely, your Sahara came equipped with 3.21's. To increase your performance with the 35 inch tires, I would look at re-gearing first, then maybe a tuner.

I would look into the springs from a JKUR. Guys with 2dr's seem to gain an inch. Higher the number on the spring is better. Or, check out AEV's BB. Can't go wrong for $260.00.
