My guess is you will luck out on the skid plate since someone else already did the hard work for you and removed it recently. Be advised that the bolts tend to rust out and seize INSIDE the frame...

bolts right in. I did it. depending on rust etc, it should be a good swap. only thing you may need to do is widen a hole or two on the mounts for the main hoop to the floor.
