I HIGHLY recommend the Painless Products kit for CJ. There isn’t a better kit available. Put one in my restoration project ‘76 CJ5 and it went in in one day with not a single issue.

The Rubi Hardrock has the Dana Ultimate 44 housing with thicker tubes. No need to truss or do the "C" gussets on them. Frankly, seems like after 2011 the tubes aren't as prone to bending.

Lots of them out there with 37s on the stock Rubi axles. The rear housings are way beefy, can easily hand;e 37s. The axle shaft at the flanges may bend, at whch time throw in some Ten FActory, etc....

What happened to Off Road Heros / California Tops?
