Do a dry steering test with the help of a buddy, check for wear on all your steering components. Look for ANY play...

I am no body work expert BUT why not install the body lift first? They are not that expensive and/or hard to install. Not sure why it would affect that body mount anyways, just don't go to the base...

I bought similar lights and didn't use the those wires. Just plugged it in and works. DRLs work fine too.

Jeep filler necks are sensitive to fast flowing pumps, in my experience. There is also a GM filler hose fix, but I thought those were for later years

I would recommend getting a Flowmaster Hushpower muffler, 18" long. Closest sound to a V8 with the 4l. I had it on two jeeps.

I have a similar inverted T setup and no issues whatsoever. TREs can be bought at ANY parts anywhere in the world for a lot cheaper than Curries...
