I assume you are talking about aftermarket 4 barrel intakes. If so, they are quite a bit lighter and are supposed to flow better so it would probably help adding one with the fuel injection.

Yes, all of those vehicles will have the same tank -- if it is stock which they 99% of the time are but there is always a chance a previous owner swapped something weird out.

To get 33's you would need a 2" body lift with a 4" suspension. I would recommend BDS over Skyjacker but they are both nice lift kits.

Nobody makes a kit for that application. With the transfer case sooo close to the frame (and the factory pipe ovaled out because of it) I doubt anyone ever will.
