No not any more if the dealer says it was the pipe leaking. Swirl motor is covered but if it oil from another failed part (intake pipe) then no as the intake pipe is not covered by emissions.

Yep they can do it all for free. ABS fault will likely be the rear ABS sensor as a search on here will tell you.

edit: just read that you are doing a conversion so you may need to go to dealer.
