There is no PCV valve.
There are 3 holes the valve cover. One to add oil, one has a tube that connects to the air filter, and the last one has a tube on it that goes to the intake manifold.

I wonder if you could find a adapter with the 90% bend?

If you use a switch on the inside of the cab that is only hot when the ignition is on, you will have no problems with draining the battery. Even if someone switches it on when you do not know it....
