over the last two days I've tried installing my RE 2.5" springs, I got the front on pretty problem free, the rear passenger I got completely unbolted and moved on to the driver, disaster struck soon...

you say the tierod isn't tight, what do you mean by that? not super familiar with "the cure" but as I recall it's just a "bushing" that replaces the grease bushing. again I don't know much about it...

31" tires wont look bad with 2.5" lift. it's a bigger tire than stock size which IIRC was 29"? so you're already adding 2" inch taller tires, 1" of actual height for the jeep. raise the jeep up...
