I have 33's with 1" body lift, and 3.5" suspension lift. I rub on the trails. I removed my track bars so I flex alot. I don't know how you guys don't rub if you flex your suspension.

OK, now I am really confused. the range is 35 to 100 lb-ft. :confused:. The Daystar instructions say to torque to specs. Maybe I'll do something like 60 or so.

The 4wd vacuum system isn't to complicated once you figure it out. If you look under the Jeep at the t-case you'll find a plug with 4 vacuum tubes in it. Two tubes run from there to the 4wd engaging...

I had a bad idle problem a while back after I submerged the engine. Turned out to be a bad TPS and idle speed motor. I replaced both for around $60. Fixed the problem.

Are you sure that the front axle is engaging when in 4wd? Just because you shift the t-case into 4hi or 4lo and it feels different doesn't mean the 4wd is working. I know because it took me 3 months...

I just put a 1" body lift on my YJ and noticed my sterring was a bit tighter. I think it has to do with the increased angle on the sterring shaft U-joints. I'll try silicone lube. Hope that works. ...
