Most diesels don't require a lot of psi from the lift pump.. The injection pump makes the pressure but if you starve the injection pump for fuel you will burn it up.

First you have to flip the case. Then depending in your trans you have to change the input and relocate the vent. It is also easier with a body lift cause you cant clock it very far up cause the case...
