230,000 miles and counting.

Had the rear driveshaft rebuilt and rebalanced, replaced the transmission mount. Wheeled Rausch Creek offroad 3/6/2020 weekend.
Threw on some Powerstop Z26 Rotors...

Found another rear driveshaft for the 242HD setup...

Found another rear driveshaft for the 242HD setup and bolted it in. It seemed to diminish some of the vibrations but did not fix it. Wondering what the next step should be? New transmission mount?

Yeah I think the difference was the early 4.7's had the mechanical fan whereas the late 4.7's had the hydraulic fans.

My replacement KoyoRad which lasted about 100k miles is just starting to leak at the base between the plastic...

Thanks for the ideas guys! I'll see if there I can find a similar "drain" on the passenger side. I have a bad feeling that it is failed body "foam" that they used from the factory.

Forgot to mention that. I did pull off the wipers and the cowl but could only dump water in there without really seeing where it was going when it drained down.

New rear axle sway bar bushings certainly helped.

Next issue is water leak. Driver's side floor board under the mat gets soaked. It is not the sunroof drain nor the windshield gasket.
