I would start with replacing the coil. The 5.2L usually enjoys to eat coils every once in a while, not a bad place to start exploring even when dealing with the I6.

Pull that #5 fuel injector off...

It definitely sounds like the fuel pump is not working. I would start there to fix your problem.

As solomon suggested, the swampy bypass is a viable option for ZJ fuel pump fixes.
