Really? I posted a thread in here about it when mine cracked. The edelbrocks were what everyone reccommended...sure enough I went with the cheap one with the coils in it and it cracked after 3000...

x2 on the cracked manifold. I had a 99 TJ Sahara and it had the same ticking sound. Replace it with a good header like an edlebrock. It will be expensive but it wont crack again.
