cheaper option would be get HID conversion kits like the ones from Headlight Revolution. $300 to get HIDs.

Max towing with V6 & Tow Group/Package: 6200 lbs or ~2812 kgs
Max recommended with V6 and no Tow Group/package: 3200 lbs or ~1587 kgs

I would guess wheel spacers. There are some guys running 1.25in spacers on a TH without rubbing, but it also depends on tire/wheel combo.
