I didn’t see where you pulled any relays? If you haven’t pulled tthe relays try that and monitor your amp draw. Shut down amp draw should be 40milli amps or less.

There are sand tires out there but not for highway use. However whatever you buy the wider the tire the better. You should also be able to air your tires up and down....ie need an air compressor...

I don’t think so. Your a/c may have issues, but maybe all it needs is a check-up and possible freon charge. They should use a dye to check for freon leaks.

If you tow your vehicle to the rocks just buy one, but the other tires are old enough to warrant their replacement...especially if you drive this vehicle to your off road sites.
