Yeah I was able to tighten and loosen them with a 7mm bleeder wrench but sometimes it's hard to tell if it's biting or not. I'll keep an eye out for a 17/64".

Here are a few photos with everything tightened down. It doesn't move at all, nice and tight with no rubbing or rattling and I didn't have to drill, but there wasn't room to mount the muffler level...
