I did check the donut seal, every part of the exhaust was leak proof except for the pipe to the cat. Donut seal was recently replaced as well.

There are two plugs on the the passenger side of the transmission. I believe one is the fill for the trans and the other is the drain plug. Not entirely sure about the transfer case, didn’t check it.

Have you actually checked the fluid lately? You did say most of it leak out one time .. If you didn't fix anything it is still leaking.. they don't fix their self's.... can you post a picture...

I have not checked any of those things. U joints were about the extent of what i checked and they were good. I have not tried the 20mph in reverse thing either.

So what should i do to check/locate any exhaust leaks? I guess spraying soapy water on the exhaust pipes would be a start but if there’s a better method i’d love to hear it.
