get rid of the flares if you want to keep flares i would recomend the rustys flex flares, trim the fenders, bumpstop correctly, put a longarm kit on, what steering / trackbar setup are you running? ...

ive been running my sustys steering conversion for close to a yr now locked on 33s with no issues yet. the only thing i dont like is the stock size tie rod ends.

i have a 97 xj lifted 5 inchs sitting on 33s locked in the front and longarmed with lots of armor. it has 210k i drive it 500 plus miles a week. i had to put in an engine at 190k due to a mud hole....

yes there are actually two harness on the transmission, one for the nss, one for the speed sensors and shift solenoids.

i have still yet to check im going to do that today while at work.

i agree use a cummins isf, the new common rails run much smoother, quiter, make more power, use less fuel and cummins are about the easiest diesel to work on as diesels become more and more...
