I didn't even think about compression though your most likely correct when turning the key it does sound as is there is no compression....

With my understanding if you have low to no oil pressure the engine could not start. How would I disturb the sensors? How can I check?

Okay so I tried the drill with the flat head trick and I got the pressure to 35 and stayed steady until after about 30 seconds it dropped to 5 then went back up and then back down drill never changed...

I didnt remove the distributor all i did was remove the valve cover and then rocker arms then replaced push rods and lifters then bolted everything back together. I just had my girl run to advanced...

Also to add its not clicking when turning key it just sounds like the motor is spinning and after multiple attempts to start it back fired.

So my jeep has a crank no start i replaced the lifters and push rods last night because of rod tic after installing the lifters and push rods i ensured that the all the valves will move...

Oh also to add the extreme angle of the steering linkage messed up my link end almost had to replace kind of annoying but it's good now.
