?? What?? Your AC should NOT be hooked up to your fans. Your AC clutch should be hooked up to 12 V power and is turned off/on by the switch on the controller.. and the compressor is run off the motor...

HI on some motors the chain and gears are suppose to be set 2.5 deg's advance if you used a 0* set maybe some dampeners are built with that built into them.. Might want to check the new one's...
