I agree. I did some searching and looks like that relay is $25-35. Wow.

Get a standard automotive relay and move the plug over. Save some money and have better future replacement availability.

Also, don't have to worry about 05-06 PCM issues with a manual.

Do some research but from what I've read here, you'll want to stay away from 05-06 autos because of PCM issues, or get a reworked PCM from wrangler-fix.

It's been awhile since I've dealt with window zippers, had a safari bikini on for 10+ years, but as stated above, lube is your friend. Also, doesn't the rear window zip for either side?

Sounds like grill blocking too much air flow.

Do you still have the stock grill, put it on and run for awhile.

You could get a section if gray or black foam pipe insulation wrap from lowes/Home Depot. Cut to fit and wedge in the gap.

Not sure if it applies here, but pull the knob off and look at the "D" shaped hub on the backside. Sometimes the hub splits and doesn't rotate the shaft.
