I get mid/high 16mpg around town, high 17mpg on highway, keeping it under 70mph... only time I get 18mpg or over is if I had tail wind...

Math tells me, even with a short 34.25" tire, you are up over 80mph with 4.56's at 3000rpm... if it's a true 35" tire even more so.
