The left and right plugs in your picture almost look oil fouled to me but could just be fouled out with unburned fuel from a weak spark. You might want to start out with changing out plugs and coils...

I have owned both and would not trade anything for my LJ. The extra room is great and gives me just enough room to haul stuff that I could not as well with the TJ.

Well I drove it around in town and on the highway for over an hour and still don't have much to go on. For about a half mile on the highway I did feel a vibration and then it quit. No unusual noises...

Never thought about the rotors. I have noticed more brake dust on the wheels than I would expect. Just figured it was the wifes hard braking. Will get that looked at if I can't find anything else.
