Help with my homemade snorkel
I am looking to build a snorkel kit for my YJ but eveything i have come across people have either ran the snorkel into the air filter box or directly into the throttle body....is there a correct way of doing this or will either way work???

|jashbrook||When driving on-road does your Jeep get less gas mileage, I would think with the snorkel that the engine isn't getting as much air. Anyway that is in my plans, it does look good.|

I'm no snorkel expert, but I wouldn't mount a snorkel on the driver's side because of blind spot issues.
Also, I would add a 22 degree at the top so the snorkel head sits parallel to the ground. As one person asked, I would make the top able to rotate when it rains. I mean the Ford Troller - Jeep wanna-be comes stock with a snorkel and it's pointed backward all the time.
