Disconnect Wiring Harness- Hard Top removal

I must be the idiot becuase I cannot find anyone else having the problem.

I cannot get the wiring harness connected to the hard top disconnected.

08 Wrangler Sahara.

There is a red "lock/unlock" thing on the left side of the harness. It goes up/down. Any idea if up or down is unlocked? The manual says it goes left/right-this does not seem correct.

I do not see the tab I am supposed to push to then disconnect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
