albatross Here's my new-to-me 2006 LJ. Lift and tires were installed by previous owner. I normally prefer to buy stock but this LJ is awesome and it appears the PO took care of it...

That's a good looking rig. I really like those Safari tops. But the cost and the fact that trails (very large trees) around me would destroy it prevent me from even consider buying one. But they do look good.

sdjp This rig belongs to the non-profit Military Mobility, which provides off-road expedition training to veterans. They just proved the concept of a reasonable do-it-all rig with this build. They drove across country from the east coast to Salt Lake City in 35hrs straight, with sustained speeds of 80mph (but not on uphills!) with zero vibes, towed a 3500lb 16ft trailer down to Moab, and wheeled all the trails on Poison Spider Mesa the following day, and did many more trails during Easter Jeep Safari. Zero mechanical issues the whole time.

Excellent! Have always loved those wheels on LJs. Beautiful rig! Iíll always have a soft spot for LJs but Iím picking up my new JLUR tmrw. Canít wait to be back in a Jeep

07wurubi Here is an updated pic of my LJ with 37s now on it. Also pictured is when I first brought it home last May and then how it looked with 35s before going to 37s. Now I need to upgrade my brakes. These things are heavy. Thankfully it's just a tow and not a daily driver.
