i used to run the silverstars but they burn out so fast. i found it just wasn't worth it, would often get less than a year out of them
these days i run philips 9006XVB2 (X-tremeVision) in the lows and philips 9011 HIR1 in the highs
the 9011 HIR1 bulbs need a little trim to fit in the 9005 housing, but use the same electrical connector and have the same power rating (65w) so are safe for the housings and wiring. the 9011 are more efficient and put out more light (~2300 lumens) than the 9005 bulbs (~1700 lumens).

That is what I ran in my previous vehicle, those were great.
***What do you know or think about these: https://www.autozone.com/collision-b...v-2/723043_0_0
I have Not used them before, they seem to have a little better Customer Comments than the sylvania silver star ultras - they are even less money
I just wanted to check before deciding which ones to buy.

Best or Brightest Halogen Headlight Bulbs for 2008 WK?
I have ordered a set of Aftermarket Headlight "Assemblies" (right and left) as these stock ones are very yellow and scuffed/scratched.
I would like to also upgrade to brighter, maybe non yellow headlight Bulbs.
Any suggestions in your personal experience with upgrading the WK headlight bulbs?
