SeaDog01712 The non matching seats were purchased individually to make a set from Quadratec for around $550 total. I did return them and bought the Black Mountain seats instead as a set (2 front and 1 rear) for $630. I recommend the Black Mountain ones.

JustaKidWithaCJ Oh...I feel stupid...Just read "...and returned them..." after I posted that lol. Is $630 for a whole set or just front seats?

The non-matching poor quality spice seats were $630?

The poor quality ones lol? Sorry it's prolly me but I'm confused. If you're getting rid of them/returning them, name a price for the poor quality spice set worst I can say is no right.

SeaDog01712 I bought the Smittybilt seats through Quadratec, found the quality to be poor (front and rear seats don't match in color!!), and returned them. I recently installed Black Mountain seats (purchased through Collins Brothers Jeep) and found them more comfortable, but the side bolsters take a little time to break in. The seats are well built and look great. They were purchased on Amazon for $630. The seats are fantastic and I highly recommend them. If you would like, I can upload pictures tomorrow of the true color since online photos can be misleading.

SeaDog01712 Thank you very much for suggesting that idea! I will definitely have to take a look at doing something similar.

twiisted71 Here's mine. They are from a Ford Windstar mini van. Very nice bolstering and lumbar, comfy, and big enough to fit an adult.

Jeep CJ7 Replacement Seats in Spice/Light tan color

Hey Yall!
I recently purchased a 1983 CJ-7 and the PO installed well-used, gray Smittybilt front seats and a Bestop rear seat. My goal is to move towards a baby blue or white exterior with a spice/tan interior. I purchased replacement Smittybilt seats in Spice, but they were far darker than advertised and expected--closer to Nutmeg than Spice (2 pictures of just a seat attached below). Before I return them and purchase different seats, I want to see and hear what people have installed and what they do and don't like about them. The other two pictures featuring seats in jeeps are what I am looking for in terms of color. So let's see everyone's Jeep CJs and YJs preferably with similar color seats (different colors are still okay) and what you think of them! Let's see everything from Bestop, Smittybilt, Rugged Ridge, Black Mountain, Rampage, etc. Thanks!
