Presidents day weekend is the big Las Vegas Jeep club outing.

This coming weekend is the Sand Hollow trip. Friday to Monday.
Thanksgiving is Wednesday to Sunday.
The Warden has to work Thanksgiving! Maybe we can drop in for the day on Sat.

And I missed the Combat Crawlers run in Stoddard Wells 2 weeks ago due to her work.

It doesn't look that bad. I don't see how that would prevent you from towing the Jeep. Still sucks though.

No conscience is for TJs, JKs, and the like. YJs and CJs aren’t disposables

Boojo35 One of my co workers picked up a CJ5 over the weekend. I think it is a 72 but not positive. His purpose for buying it was just to get the factory soft top frame parts from it. It has no engine, trans, or transfer in it. No biggie. It looks like it is in pretty damn good shape. Not a bad victim of rot. Probably going to buy it from him for 200ish. IMO this would be a guilt free modify it however I want project Jeep at a nice starting point price wise. I already have a 4.3L, or SBC at my disposal. A vintage 700r4 trans that was a removed from a vehicle with 50 miles on the odometer and has been stored for many years. So no real wear ever put on that trans. This is an open and clean canvas IMO though for a pure off road toy.

This could be the Jeep to make my stable what it needs to be. My 87 is my factory restoration or leave it as is baby. It is too original and rustfree to do otherwise. The 94 is a Michigan cancer patient project that is a no guilt drive it in the winter DD... but being a DD when I commute 100 miles a day to and from work it needs to be sensible, reliable, and affordable over the long haul.

I really need a Jeep that I can fully molest in a build, have no conscious when I drive it offroad and not matter if I break it or not when I do so.

The information I am looking for is mainly regarding the nutter bypass but unfortunately, the pictures are not available to me until I reach 10 posts. I don't want to bother anyone with useless posts such as questions about nutter bypass, carburetor issues, timing, etc. when the answers are easily found in the threads. Thanks, guys
The picture should be available to view at least. I believe that you need to reach a certain post count to post pics, but anyone can view them. This may be residual effects from Photobucket screwing us all so they could make more money. Feel free to ask questions. Once you get enough posts start up your own thread in the YJ technical section and you will get all the help you need.
