WJeepster Mine was rattling also after a recent new tailpipe install. It wasn't vertical. I loosened the clamp and rotated the pipe and now no more rattle.

rjbruzan Ive found bending it with a pipe wrench works well to add a little movement away from other parts. It also adds some tension to keep it off other parts.

Kolak Have you tried adjusting the tailpipe hanger to move the tailpipe laterally for better clearance? Maybe a little lateral adjustment will allow for better clearance.

Kolak exhaust - rattling and banging around

Got my Kolak exhaust system a while ago. Love it. Except for one thing,
Its a tight space where the exhaust pipe hops over the rear axle, and on bumpy gravel roads (I'm on a lot of them) That thing bangs and thumps into the axle and the body. Rattling is making me more nuts than normal.
There is a hanger right near that location, with a rubber grommet that supports the system and it looks to be in OK shape.
I'm looking for ideas for better support that won't increase the normal drone from a louder exhaust.
Any ideas?
Anybody else had the problem?
Thanks in advance!
