kg6mov Those look like they'd work, the dimensions match up to my brackets. If you can weld, or if you can bribe, you could pretty easily adapt these brackets: https://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f13/...l#post23912634

The concern I'd have is how tall they are with not a lot of bracing, I'd worry about them folding when side loaded.

Smittybilt DS5-6

Just found these brackets made by Smittybilt. (can't link the website, but just google if you're interested)
They mount on the original roof rails, no need for mods/fabrications.

Has anyone used them?

Planning to get 6 or even 8 brackets and using some steel square bars as crossbars. Should be strong enough to mount my roof top tent.

Thoughts?
