Luke95 The first of the new rims is on just to get it out on the trail. I'm going to run it hard this weekend. Almost rolled it in this spot 3 times lol.

Yeah huh. LOL.
I had to refoam the front 2 Infinity System speakers I picked up awhile back also.
The rears were fine though.
The cool thing, kind of why I decided to try my hand at it, was the refoam kits
were speaker specific. The front speaker refoam kits were sourced from one
place and specifically for those speakers. Same with the subwoofer kit sourced
from a different one.

downs Pulled water pump. Has a bad bearing. BJC/Beijing Jeep Corporation marked with an 2001 build year.

Ralph77 So I glued the outer part of the foam down. Got a little sloppy in a couple small places.
Shouldn't effect anything though.
Also a shot of it put back together.
Seeing if it works will wait till another day though. LOL.

Yeah I wished I had known about the DEI heat shield kit when I upgraded to 4 hole injectors.
I do not seem to have any heat soak problems but had I known about the kit would have done it anyway.

So I figured I would finish the subwoofer refoaming today.
You glue the new foam to the paper cone first and let it set for about an hour.

What you keep in that altoids box anyway?
My cigarettes that I roll myself.
That is 4th Zippo I have owned in my lifetime.
All I use.
My first one I inherited from my father when I was about 13.
Lost that one sometime around 18.
Bought and lost 2 more over the years.
That one in the picture was bought in about 2007.
I would really not like to lose this one. LOL.

Ralph77 So today I put the lower part of that back seat that I have been working on back together.
Cleaned it the best I could, put my seat cover back on, and put it back in the Jeep.
So the little plastic pieces on the legs come off pretty easy. You just pop out the plug with a door panel tool.
You do have to work the lever through the slot on the one side but not really a problem.
I thought it was cool how the plugs interlock to secure the plastic to the legs.
Oh if you ever do this don't play with the plugs and put them together by themselves.
They are a pain to get apart when you have nothing to pry against. LOL.
