RWC The grill is the Gen II ZJ grill, but it's a Gen I ZJ (you can tell by the fender badges and door cladding). I put a Gen II grill on a '95 (using the Gen I header panel), and it ended up sitting the same way because I didn't change the header panel to the Gen II.

Those are euro headlamp housings, they are different from those common to US models, as are the turn signal lenses. They are interchangeable though as I just installed a set of the headlamp housings in my 5.9. The lenses are glass, not plastic and they hold an H4 type bulb. I installed 80/100 watt in mine and they are awesome. The housings are PNs 55054577 / 55054576. (sorry for the hijack). PM me for more details.

This bumper is very nice, I would like to see it in a 3/16" thickness, but 1/8" would be a tad lighter I suppose. I too would be interested in buying this bumper if the shipping cost was less.

PolkaPower You'd be better off spending that money on a welder set up for yourself.

kg6mov That grill isn’t sitting right, probably not installed properly.

2. I like how the turn signal lights are completely orange. Also, love that bumper like I said earlier in this thread.

EDIT: I should get my father in law who is an International pilot to fly over there and get me one of them bumpers and bring it back....is that cheaper shipping?

PolkaPower Not worth it.

chetzar Got a bit more info today.
The bumper itself is $585 - not bad
Shipping is $450 (ouch).
Weighs 143lbs and the metal is 3mil (1/8 inch) thick.
They also make a variation with a winch, pics below.

Im gonna do some looking around and see if I can find cheaper shipping, im not in a rush to get the bumper, so shipping could take a month or more and that would be no problem. If anyone has suggestions on shipping, please let me know.

Plenty of reason to run an aftermarket bumper without a winch, solid recovery points and better protection aren’t nothing.

PolkaPower That looks like it could be made into a winch bumper fairly easy.

Mr. Puddles @lacofdfireman Its known as a mall crawler

lacofdfireman For me if your going to buy an aftermarket bumper why would anyone not want one with a winch plate? What’s the purpose of an aftermarket bumper without that? Am I missing something?

Mr. Puddles @Bossman302 I believe you can order it without the grill guard or with a different shape option.

That also a nice bumper.
Not a grill guard fan. Would rather it plain with just a winch.
