retrvrtrainer Thanks for the suggestion. As it turned out, I went to the parts store and they did not have the brushes. They just stocked the replacement alternator. I figured the old one had 250K on it, so get a re-manufactured one. It's running well again. Just a touch under 14 on the gauge. Probably could tighten the the belt a little.

Possibly a loose belt. Once it's warmed up it's slipping.

I put my XJ adjustable on my TJ. They mount the same on later model (97-01) XJs.

TJ and XJ adjustable track bars are the same.

Yeah my buddy gave me a rough country adjustable tack bar for his tj thought great, nope didnt think about the tj having a real frame.

As soon as I installed my lift, I took it for a test ride on some hills and it pulled the rear brake hose loose (way too short) and dumped my brake fluid everywhere. I made it home and bought a longer YJ hose to fix the problem.
One of the reasons i don't particularly like zone. Their kit doesn't even come with brake lines or most of the other stuff needed when you lift a vehicle...

I read that they had to be a special bolt from the dealer
