Oh ok mine has that routed from the vacuum port on the side of the manifold. It also looks like you have a line there in the original picture, but from the second picture I can see yours has the leak detection pump as well. Neither my original ZJ (from Chicago) or my current ZJ (from Colorado) have had the LDP.

hilljacknm Installed struts for the lift gate and rear window. Oil and filter change. Transmission fluid/filter , 2-3 accumulator spring, and band adjustment. Messed around with TV cable adjustment.

What is the vacuum hose that I have circled in red connected to? Both my 96s just had a cap on that location.

BRBauer2 New power steering pump, pulley, and hoses for the '97 4.0. Still have a whine from that area, so ordered a new tensioner pulley.

Ran out of daylight to do the alternator.

Niner is still in the garage, so it was done in the street at a balmy 30F.

Built my own. 1.5x.25 DOM uppers, 2x.25 DOM lowers, Trail Gear threaded inserts and Currie joints. Similar to the Currie RockJock uppers and lowers but with much heavier tube and double-adjustable lowers instead of single-adjustable.
