What head unit/navigation system did you go with? Looking to upgrade my 04 TJ with one since the factory doesn't seem to hold a station anymore.

I had those on my XJ. 10,000 miles on them and they still looked like new.

D*mn! I'd love to have just one of the frames. Too bad we're way to far away from each other.

come out here buddy! you can have 110-115 in June, with 6% humidity. It's when the Monsoon rolls in, that we have 30-60% humidity (in July, Aug, and Sept), that really sucks!

I have printed TPU. Had to dial it down to 10mm/sec, but it came out great.
I bought some PETG, and I'm going to give her a whirl.
I do remember that when I printed with TPU, it was very SLOW going. My tires came out great. I'll post results later this week, when I do a couple PETG test prints.

thanks!

Though I still have brass nozzles, which might be problematic vs. using steel it seems for PETG (one review noted).

At one point I was able to print TPU. Used that material for the rubber tires on my R/C Jeep. Had to print really, really slow with that, but they came out fantastic.

jeepguy03 This past weekend I did the rear main seal and oil pan gasket. What a PITA. I've done them on several 4.0s, mainly XJs and a WJ, but never a TJ.

Needed to lift the front of the Jeep a bit on jack stands like I normally do with an XJ or WJ to let the axle droop, but also had to drop the exhaust, the skid plate, and the front driveshaft. What a nasty greasy mess haha.

Next up, the exhaust manifold.. and the clutch.
