MikeJeep09 Not sure if this would help but I have been plagued since the beginning with the n23. I purchased a BlueDriver scanner that hooks to an app on your cell phone. It can read and clear codes that will allow you to go into 4 lo.

I think with today's cars it is a necessity. I actually had a 4 lo code that was a problem, the front differential locking solenoid wire broke off, I replaced it and the code cleared itself. Good luck.

DerekSch What's worked for me since it was "fixed", disconnect the battery, wait a half hour or so hok it back up. I did this twice and it worked, been good for a year or so.

Lifehack721 P73 doesn't fix the N23 prob. You prob just haven't driven it long enough, it just takes longer to show up with that flash.

I want to say it had the 3.7 engine though can't confirm.

bigpav7 Looked up my fdcm, I have a 129AN. If anyone has one that would fit, please let me know. Thanks

bigpav7 Thank you! I have the 5.7. Isnt there a number on the unit itself that should help figure out whether it would work on my rig? It's been too long since I dealt with this last lol

boundsmb We still carry our non-flashed FDCM. We still hold our breath every time my wife puts transfer case in Neutral so that we can tow it.

I put the FDCM that had the N-23 update back in when the P73 correction update came out. It was successfully installed the first time.

I would take your car to a different store and have it done again. Make sure they follow the procedures to the letter.

bigpav7 So the dreaded Service 4WD system message is back. Rather than going back to the dealer and re-attempting the P73, id rather look for an old FDCM at this point. Anyone have one laying around by any chance?

cathyv817 Yes, this is PRE N23 FDCM. It was a blessing to have it with us everytime we had the dreaded 'service 4x4' message. Please email me directly at cathyv817 (@gmail.com)to work out the details. Thanks.

Hello cathyv817, do you still have the FDCM you are talking about? Id like to get it off your hands if possible? I understand it is a pre N23 one.
