|RubiconFreedom||One week of driving on the new 285/75/17 E @35psi have not been so pleasant. I'm under the impression that I'll need to up the tires to 38psi as I've done all of my other jeeps. For some odd reason 38psi tends to ride better with me. Otherwise we've very happy with the Nitto Ridge Grapplers on the reproduction hard rock wheels. Now the challenge of keeping it clean. The other down side to this, even after checking all the specs and comparison pages on going from 245/75/16 to 285/75/17 our fuel economy has dropped slightly. City was 16.9 Highway was 19.8 Now it's City 15.6 Highway 18.7 Again not much of a drop but a drop none the less. But as said several times by other wrangler owners, if you wanted best or better fuel economy, you should have purchased something else. I'll check the tires tomorrow morning with 38psi and report back with any findings or improvements.|

|RubiconFreedom||This is something we've been keep tabs on since replacing a few of the suspension components and new steering components on our jeep. I'd have to say before 20K miles the jeep was getting around 20 City 24 highway. Since adding these new products to our Wrangler, we're getting in the 17's highway. However a few weeks back I noticed a significant drop in MPG when the front drag link, steering damper, tie rod end links were damaged while driving over a pot hole. Our MPG dropped to 15.2. We've since corrected this with a re-alignment and the MPG is back up to 18.9 This is on the 16'' factory steel wheels & 31'' dueler tires.. prob one of the worse combinations. Most tire charts seem to indicate that with an upgraded tire wheel combination, we'll be able to achieve better MPG in the future. looking to see maybe a 2% increase in the MPG after the new wheels and tires have been mounted. I look forward to reporting back with these results afterward.|

|LewisR91||Update...2004 Jeep WJ with 4.7 HO, 45rfe with 2800 stall. Cat delete, O2 delete (open loop), custom Y pide, thrush chambered, exhaust wrapped to tail pipe. NGK #8 non resistor plugs, 03 intake manifold, IAT relocated to charge pipe, IACV delete, throttled body sealed with epoxy were IACV was. TPS screw guides punched for further left to right adjustment (timing advance, set at 18° idle), 48lb injectors, holley fuel pump, LS fuel filter/regulator (58lb regulator), straight E85, PCV delete, catch can with adjustable vacuum regulator set at 20.5HG idle, royal purple 5w30, mobil 1 filter, front drive shaft removed, think thats it. Torque app reads 349-359HP consistantly. 240k miles. Currently 11.1 MPG overhead screen. Hangs with 2018 5.0 mustangs all day. Pulls away from 90's 2000's LS camaros, 5.0 mustangs, diesel trucks, GTO'S ect. Pulled away from a 2014 Camaro SS up a hill until the hill flatened out haha! Fun truck, very sleeper.|

last i checked was running it around the Tahoe area so lots of grades, mountain roads. Was getting 14mpg on 37s with 4.5 lift with 4.1 gears W580 auto 3.6L 2012 2 door jkr no top no doors just gear as always. That gear included a fulls set of rear and front axles and camping gear/food water other junk for 4 days on the trail.
same jeep new on 32s stock, new. same gears. 18/19mpg. hard top on, doors, stock seats, all stock.

|hoggr||'06 TJ 4.0 I get 12 mpg with 33's, 3.5" OME lift, Gobi roof rack!!! MPG not a concern for, I enjoy the TJ for what is and why I own it!!|

|TJCrawling||2004 TJ Rubicon close to 5" total lift with 4:10 gear and 35" KM2's auto using overdrive and getting 13 to 14 MPG, actually think that's pretty good and would only get better with a gear swap to 4:88.|

Weight reduced, but otherwise stock '83 AM General DJ-5L.
I get roughly 30 city, 35 highway.

98 XJ bone stock 4.0 automatic 3.55 gears 225/75 15s with 219000 miles. Loads of tools in the back averages about 18MPG. Thats highway, city and stop and go. Just returned from Wisconson loaded pretty heavy all highway at 65-75 mph and got 21.5 MPG. Best to date.
