|wytetrash||If anyone needs a complete swap harness, (already completed, guaranteed running, I had it in my running 5.2 swapped TJ) let me know. There are several who can vouch for me, BellaPSD is one of them, along with some others. I was sucessful in completely parting out my TJ, and would love to help another Jeeper out. I was only looking for $400. Its for a manual trans, all emissions components worked properly, no check engine lights, already wire loomed and ready to go! PM me if interested.|

|jpin86||Here is my computer. 5.9, manual transmission, CCD data bus. You might want to have your 5.2 ecm reflashed. You can have it tuned to run your 5.9 better than a stock 5.9 ECM. I’m still going to have mine flashed, but I’m running a bigger cam and higher compression. From what I’ve read, flyin Ryan is the man to flash these old JTEC computers.|

|Jcar516||So after re~reading a lot of this thread, I guess I only need to have my pcm flashed for a 5.9. Most recommendations are FRP or BG has anyone used either one lately? Looking to send it out ASAP. Unless there's a part# for a 5.9 mt pcm I could just buy off the shelf but I haven't been able to confirm one.|

Well not a lot going on here in central WA right now. Still waiting for the weather to warm up so I can be out in the garage for any length of time. Snowed on Wednesday and then tried again Thursday and Friday.
Took my engine block, heads and crank to the machine shop to have everything checked out. Block will get hot tanked and then spec'd to make sure it's all good. Heads are new EQ monster heads but not sure what lift the valve springs are set at. And then the stroker crank is also a unknown since I had traded for the short block. So it's getting checked for balance. Got other parts coming in right now also so hopefully the weather will cooperate and I can get busy.

I completely understand I donít think I could ever sell my TJ. I am prepping to sell my daily driver which hasnít been easy.

There is a good chance I am going to have to part out my jeep. ::CRYING HEAVILY:: 3.9 bellhousing, complete harness (have been daily driving this thing for about 6 months now) PCM, etc etc. Let me know if you need anything before I make the listing local, and half the jeep is gone. If you need to see how well I put together my swap, look at my build thread. There are a few folks on here who can vouch for me as well.|

|Jcar516||Sorry, I misread your original post. Thats a good point and I do have an occasional misfire but I’ve been having issues with the pump in my fuel cell that I planned on addressing this week. But From the research I had done before buying the computer the general consensus was it would be alright to the run the 5.2 pcm just obviously not get all the performance out of it. There were no part #s for 5.9 manual trans computers when I was looking which is why I had settled on that.|
