My concern for all Jeep is RUST! I would keep an eye out on the frame and body panels. Looking at your photos. It seems the last owner saw it was becoming a problem and decided to cover it up with black paint. If it wasn'r treated first properly then rust is still rusting under the paint. How I know you might have that problem in this photo shows a dent and rust under the paint. That's bad very bad! A few other pictures shows other areas of rust too.

As far as a junk fest I donít think so. At the GAJR last Saturday I got a rep from Rock Krawler to come educate me on my lift. Apparently itís a 4.5 X-Factor 6Ē stretch long arm kit welded with the 3 link
Full coilovers with Rezzies and Fox shocks in rear. Synergy Draglink.
My junk is Comp-cut with Krawler Concepts Armor all around. Artec truss front dif. Open 30 in front sadly
With D44 air locked ARB rear. Poison Spyder hood and stinger. Gibson header and exhaust. SYE kit wood said DS, warn vr8000, Rigid industries LEDís all around. Complete Line-X paint job inside outside and underside. The list goes on. So for that with 57k for miles $15 was good deal in most eyes.

Believe it has comp cut. I agree Iím over my head but I do all my own wrenching for years. I just wanted an upgrade and I thought with the equipment mods and so on plus low miles it was worth the $15.
If I knew everything I wouldnít be here asking

here is pic off the web of a 2 door comp cut 1 tons. they end up looking as such at that point. on 40s. not saying this one is the best example. But hey at least its a pic.
the cost to build something close to this type jeep is...if you have to ask you can not afford it. they wont make a good Daily driver. They are a lot of fun on real hard trails. But not as good as a Buggy ever on them. So why buy one over the other? Unless its for look at me.

My guess is you paid way too much. It's a 2 Dr 08 with a 3.8L motor. No mention of what gears are in it, nothing about if it has upgraded steering, no pictures and no price. All of the upgrades hold little value and if you paid much more than $12K, you paid too much.
It can't be tons on D44 axles, they have to be D60's to be tons and you will not have 5 lug wheels if it's on tons.
To run 37's right, you need to spend lots of $$$$, to run 40's, make that $$$$$$$$$.
So, what did you pay for it? You haven't said that.

dude i think you are in over your head. I will guess you paid to much by 2x. No locker in the front? and its on tons and 40s? No hydro steering. 2 door long arm is a bolt on junk fest. to do a Jk right you need to move the fuel tank.. to run 40s on two door it must be comp cut and needs a wheel base of at least 105" and Full width axles or you end up with a jeep that will do worse then the guy on 35s done right. a clown car... 2door at the most can run 37 with its 95.5" wheel base and even those you need to set up as long as you can and that with out cutting is 97"..
