2010 Jeep Compass Blower Motor Resistor

I have had problems for a while with the ac/heat in my car only working on full blast. When searching online for the cause and solution, I found that the most likely cause was that the blower motor resistor burned out. I was able to find some videos of older different jeep models where they replaced the resistor. I have been able to remove my glove box as these videos advised but I was unsure if I had found the right part. I attached a couple pics below, if anyone could verify that I am looking at the right part or has a video of a 2010 getting the resistor replaced that would be very helpful!

A view of the glove box

What I think is the blower motor

Blower motor resistors are a common problem. See if this helps: https://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f98/l...istor-1208526/

On my old Caravan, it was actually cheaper to get the part at the dealer vs. aftermarket, so check that out.
