I'm replacing my ebrake and I noticed this connector under the center console. Its infront of the ebrake and behind the shifter. I can't figure out where it clips into. Anyone know by chance? 07 jk.

Is it an automatic or manual transmission?
Automatics have a light in the console to illuminate the shifter PRNDL indicator that manuals don't have.

Its a manual. Everything works and has power except for the rear passenger side window.

So, if it was an auto, that might be the connector that plugs into the light on the shifter.

Right. So maybe it doesn't connect to anything then?

Correct. These things (and all vehicles) can have all sorts of unused connectors for options a vehicle isn't equipped with.
People ask this question all the time about the unused connectors under their seat when they don't have heated seats.
