Ahh I see. So what tires did you go with? I have Goodyear wrangler territory and they rock! Cheap too. Got them for $200 per tire.

General grabber AT2s.
Look great, awesome in the snow, and very ecoonomical I think like $150 a tire....

It'd be nice if Chrysler would put just a little more attention towards the quality of the suspension. Non-****ty ball joints and thicker trackbar mounts would seriously go a long way. Also, put the SS above the damn drag link.

Man. Those tires are over $300 per tire here at canadian tire. Double the price!

I love my JK Rubicon but I don't not like that it does not have tumble front seats like my TJ did.

Have a 2007 2dr Rubicon,
Hate there is not a tumble forward passenger seat.
Hate the lack of power in 3.8. Wish it had the 4.0 that was in my TJ
The plastic interior scratches too easy.
Plastic transfer case connector. Mine broke and I replaced it with the Advanced Adapters metal connector kit.
Hate the plastic grill. Jeeps should have metal grills
Love the lockers and D44s

Not being a hard core off roader (Not many places in SE Mich.) I like the nicer interior, power windows, Etc. At first did not like the matching hard top and flares, but they have grown on me and I get a lot of people commenting on how nice my Tango Mango looks.

Have about 41,000 miles on it with no major problems, but expect the normal that has been talked about here, I.E. ball joints, track bar, xfer case clip. Will have to deal with them when they come up but won't be happy about it.

Don't like all the electronics and the lack of power/oil burning from the 3.8.

Already replaced the front bumper (ARB), and side step (Smitty Built rock rails). Put Detroit True Tracs in both axles and upgraded to 4:10's. 1000% (yes Thousand) improvement in the snow.

All in all I love the Jeep.

Previous Jeeps: 84 CJ7 (A True Jeep), 2000 XJ (163,000 Miles/Totaled (Pictures of wrecked Jeep in gallery)), 2004 WJ (parting out die to major electrical issues)

If you don't have time to do it right the first time, how do you have time to do it over.

I hate when it is cold outside and the heater is going on inside, with my hardtop it condenses on the roof and drips on me on my way to work, part of the fun of owning a jeep.

The anti fun traction and stability control that can't be turned off. No fun when your looking to get a little sideways in the snow everything else is great so far

Having owned several sets of BFG AT/KO and Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2s, I can say the Grabber AT2 is a fantastic affordable alternative. I'm on my 5th set on my third vehicle since I began using them. Less affordable these days with the increase in rubber prices (5 years ago I was buying Grabbers for $88/ea and now they're above $130/ea) but still a decent choice. They look somewhat like an AT/KO knockoff.

Yeah, they are a total AT/KO knock-off. That's one reason I like them, they look like the BFG's. More people interested in this sort of tire should try them, you definitely pay more for some names!

Muffpuff, Just take your finger and flip down the latch on the drivers door when it's open. That controls the chime. When you are done working or just listen to the radio cycle the door latch and it releases it.
