Turbo Wrangler-ECU Pinouts.

Hi all. Just finished doing a turbo conversion on an 08 3.8 Wrangler and all looking good. About to wire in a piggy back ECU and would appreciate ecu pinout to save some time. Any help appreciated. Will post picks, results when finished.

Maybe RIPPMODS can help? What are you trying to control with the piggyback ECU? I'm guessing the DiabloSport controller may be able to accomplish the same.

You put a turbo on the Jeep and designed your own software? Dang. Your best bet is to flash the ECU with a DiabloSport instead of piggybacking. Piggybacking is so 2010.

Yeah thanks for that. Investigated the Diablosport controller and they told me that would need a custom configuration(obviously) and to contact one of there dealers. Came across RIPPMODS and asked if they could supply Predator with injectors and custom tune based on thier supercharged setup which i figured would be close enough to then trim fuel and ign through Predator. Was informed that tune would be completly different and they dont "tune" by email.
Going to control fuel, ign and boost cont directly thru ecu and if needed add ethrottle module for throttle.

Um No. I know that would be the best option but as explained dealer unwilling to go thru process. If it all turns pearshaped will have to get the software and do the custom tune myself.

Quick update. Wired and tuned. Slight clearance issue to sort.
Made [email protected] wheels in standard form.
Made [email protected] wheels with 3psi boost. Drives nicely now and should now be a nice tow vehicle for customer.
Will update when reassembled.

You need to have ten posts to up-load.
You're almost there!
You can link to photo-bucket or another sharing site now or anytime if you like.
Just add img tags and it will show up.
