Trouble Removing Windshield Bracket

First time posting on here. I can mostly find simple solutions on Youtube for my problems however I can't find one I'm comfortable performing for this certain problem. My windshield brackets on my JK are bubbling and rusted out on both sides. Looking to replace them however I can't get the torx bolt off. I think it's internally stripped, it keeps spinning and spinning but not coming out. I've sprayed it over and over again with lubricant but again, I'm pretty sure it's stripped and I can't get a good grab on it.
Has anyone dealt with anything similar?
Any suggestions?

I took a reciprocating saw to mine when this happened, just sealed the hole with silicone.
