I just completed the B&D Transmission cooler install on my JK last weekend. Install went great, no problems.
Very simple. I following the procedures on the below link:
Transmission Cooler

I have not installed any gauges but think I will do that in the next few weeks.

It is in front of the AC condenser.

Did you have to flush out your tranny fluid? i only have 10k on my jk i just bought, but i drive like a mofo up and down hills or mini mountains out here and sometimes loaded with wiring material for low voltage wiring jobs and servers and stuff not to mention my fellow coworkers. plus i drive it like i stole it. i want to do this soon and about to order the cooler, just want to get all the info before doing this. Thanks.

no you dont have to flush or anything. just make sure to hook it up to the right line and add a little fluid.
