Tire/Rim Fit and Backspace Help

Hi guys. Can anyone tell me if the following rims will fit my new tires?

Current tires:
BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2's - 245/75R/16 on stock 16" rims.

New wheels:
Pro Comp 16x8 rim that has a backspace of 4.

1) I know the wheels are an inch wider than my stock wheels, but don't know if that makes a different with these tires. Will they fit the wheels?

2) I'm also unclear on backspace. I don't want my wheels to move inward. If anything, I'd rather have them move out by 2-4 inches (or not at all). This is new to me, and I'm not sure if I'm understanding backspace correctly.

and thanks.

1. That is the widest rim the manufacturer recommends. If you look at the specs in the link you posted, you'll see it.
2. That's quite a bit of backspace for those tires, but it's not ridiculous. Stock is 6.25, so you'll get ~2.25" further stickout. The bigger the backspace, the more stress on hubs/bearings/ball joints/etc. It also increases your scrub radius. Ideally, when you increase backspace you do so for a wider tire. Most aftermarket wheels for JK are 4.5

Thanks arbakken.
So it sounds like I'd be better off with something with zero offset, maybe these:

The only question there is that the wheels show a "recommended" tire size of 245/70 and I have 245/75. Would I run into any issues there?
