NSG370 Shift Rail Guide Plate

Hello guys, I have a small cnc/fab shop and my shop truck is a 00 Ford ranger powered by a vw tdi bolted to a JK rubicon NSG370/241OR. Rebuilding the nsg, I was frustrated by the obvious crap design of the shift rail guide plate. Mine was broken as they always are and the shift fork wear pads were worn crooked and reverse syncro teeth were torn up.

I have them on my website and I'll be making a production run in the next few weeks. If I need to register as a vendor here, I'm more than happy to, I'm not trying to ruffle any feathers, just share a fix to a common issue.
