Note though that 200W of solar is enough to run the fridge as long as I park in full sun. With shade (which you want..) I must start the engine after 2-3 days, the solar can't keep up with the fridge when it's 100F+

I just saw a small article on Fifth Element Camping. They make a pretty cool setup for the Honda Element that could work in a JKU very easily.
