Front Bumper Recommendations

I'm looking to get a new front bumper for the Jeep in the pictures below. Prices have ranged from $250-$1,200, so I'm looking for advice/reviews and experiences with different brands and styles before I go in and purchase one.

Stay away from anything Smittybilt. Nearly everyone has issues with their stuff, whether it's poor fit/difficult installation or the stuff falling apart after a year.

And what do you want from the bumper? Will you be installing a winch? Do you offroad it at all? One of the biggest differences in the various price ranges is what gauge steel it's made from. If you don't need heavy duty, a lighter weight bumper will save you some cash.

I took about a month looking and I went with one of those terrible SmittyBilts, the "Carbine". Installed easily and time will tell if it holds up. I'm pretty mild on the trails so hopefully it should do alright and it fit my budget at ~$400.

You gotta figure out your needs. I wanted to fit the OEM fogs, mid-width, top mount winch instead of sunken (for easy winch removal) and I like that the four point bar is removable. I came close to getting the aluminum Barricade Trailforce, only 65#, but too wide for my preference.

Anything under $500 is likely made in China and lower end and some branded ones are the same exact bumper but marked up.
